| New album on the way...Update from Marisa – Hi all! Thanks for being so patient with me as I take a break from touring to record my next album. Things are going great, and it's been a fantastic time to catch up with some of my old musical friends back here in Australia. I never cease to be amazed by the depth of talent of the players that I work with down here. They really are the 'top of the world'. I wish you all could be 'flies on the wall in the studio' to hear the spontaneous magic that happens. I am so very lucky...It's always exciting to hear my songs leap off the page and into the ears, and this time around is no exception. I still make my albums in the organic way...It's a bit like slow food and fast food...and I go with the notion, that anything worth making takes time...so I hope you can be patient with me just a little while longer...I'm loving the studio, but also keen to get back out playing to my friends in rooms across the world. | Marisa signs Europe deal with Sonic Rendezvous. We are happy to report that Marisa now has a deal with the great crew at Sonic Rendezvous to handle European Distribution, this means that European fans can now get copies of Marisa's Cd's closer to home.
