MARISA YEAMAN 'Pure Motive' (Deep Pearl)

Marisa Yeaman has been working the clubs and bars of Australia for close to ten years. She released a few EP's and now has released through her own record label, her self-produced debut album. Her free youth spent travelling has left great inspirational sources. 'Pure Motive' is mostly an acoustic album. Here and there a bit heavier treatments are dared. Standing out above all is Yeaman's beautiful voice, that is warm, soulful and at times reminds of Sharlene Spiteri (Texas).
